True friends are hard to come by. You will never able to determine their place in your life, until the relationship is tested.
Every relationship must be tested at some point. Basically, trust is the foundation of every successful relationship.
A true friend is someone that accepts you, “warts and all.” They love you for who you are, and they never try to change you.
True friends stand by you, and the want you to get better at what you do. They will stand by you in hard times.You also have to give back in the friendship, to show your commitment to the success of the relationship.
1. True friends do not compete with you.
2. They boost your ego, and do not talk you down.
3. They never compare you to someone else.
4. They are always ready to help.
5. They give their quota in the relationship too.
6. They are always with you through thick and thin.
7. They share their resources with you, no matter how small. That is not to say you should turn to a parasite.
8. They do not get jealous when you make progress.
