Nigerian Workers In Kano March In Support Of Capital Punishment For Corrupt Politicians

Nigerian workers under the aegis of the Nigerian Labor Congress (NLC) in Kano staged a protest in the ancient city of Kano seeking capital punishment for corrupt politicians.The workers first converged at the NLC secretariat along Airport Road in the early hours of Thursday to demand that the federal government to take action by using capital punishment against corrupt persons across Nigeria.


The protesting workers then marched to zonal offices of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) to register their complains.
They later rounded off at the Federal government secretariat. The protest was led by the NLC chairperson, Kabiru Ado Minjibir.
