Barcelona FC Wants Bayern Munich Left Back, Alaba

Barcelona are the latest European giant to track Bayern Munich full-back David Alaba, according to Bild.
Barca’s international director of football Ariedo Braida attended Dortmund’s 0-0 draw with Bayern Munich at the weekend. Reports earlier this week claimed that he flew to Germany to keep an eye on the Dortmund quartet of Julian Weigl, Ilkay Gundogan, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Marco Reus.
However, according to Bild, he was also monitoring Bayern’s versatile Austria international David Alaba.
The 23-year-old, who is also believed to be on Real Madrid’s shortlist, could be needed at the Camp Nou if Brazilian full-backs Adriano and Dani Alves move on at the end of the season.
