Delta state Governor Patrick Ifeayin Okowa was validly returned in the last April governorship election, the governorship election petition tribunal said Monday 26-Oct-2015. The tribunal delivered its verdict on the petition filed by All Progressives Congress, APC, governorship candidate, Olorogun O’Tega and his Labour Party counterpart, Great Ogboru.
